■ Accessing a menu function
By scrolling
1. To access the menu, press
Menu
.
2. Scroll with
or
through the menu list, or
scroll with any of the scroll keys if the grid menu
view is selected, as shown in the picture.
Select, for example,
Settings
by pressing
Select
.
To change the menu view, see
Menu view
in
Display settings
on page
109
.
3. If the menu contains submenus, select the one that
you want, for example
Call settings
.
4. If the selected submenu contains further submenus, repeat step 3.
5. Select the setting of your choice.
6. Press
Back
to return to the previous menu level, and
Exit
to exit the menu.

By using a shortcut
The menus, submenus and setting options are numbered and you can access some
of them by using their shortcut number.
To access the menu, press
Menu
. Key in quickly, within 2 seconds, the index
number of the menu function that you want to access.
Press
Back
to return to the previous menu level, and
Exit
to exit the menu.
